  • You may not post any comments that provide specific investment advice or any recommendations to buy/sell any investment product or security.

  • Please refrain from the use of profanity.  Any comments containing language deemed offensive will be deleted.

  • Please refrain from posting links in your comments.  Any comments containing additional links will be deleted.

  • Any comment deemed to be spam will be deleted.

  • Any comment deemed to be misleading (i.e. impersonating someone or an entity, misrepresenting affiliation with a person or group, etc.) will be deleted.

As an SEC Registered Investment Adviser, Niemann Capital Management is bound to very specific rules governing public communications.  As such, Niemann Capital Management reserves the right to review comments before they are posted to Niemann’s Blog, Facebook. Twitter and LinkedIn pages.  Not all submitted comments will be posted and, at our sole discretion, we may remove posted comments.  Niemann Capital Management assumes no responsibility for monitoring comments or removing inappropriate comments.
